The exterior is intentionally stark, accentuated by a strong red brick spine that transfers into the dwelling, setting the transition into the sunken lounge, where occupants enjoy the light and vantage points from its concentrated glazing.

The spaces are divided by feature cedar slats running floor to ceiling, which provide connection and separation at the same time.
